SHIPPING & HANDLING
At this time, we can accept only orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (including APO/FPO, P.O.Boxes, and U.S. Territories). Please be aware not all Priority Shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. USPS priority is the only shipping option for military addresses.
Delivery within 5-7 business days from the order’s ship date. Most orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days from the order’s ship date.
2ND DAY SERVICE
Delivery within 2-3 business days from the order’s ship date. Second Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery within 1 business day from the order’s ship date. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Please note: Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays). Orders being shipped to P.O. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on tinakproducts.com, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Your return will be processed promptly. Processing time is 7-10 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
