Delivery within 2-5 business days from the order’s ship date. Shipments are processed and fulfilled the following day from your order date Mon-Friday. Please keep in mind that due to Covid 19, Express shipping may have slight delays.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products back to Tina•K for a full refund of the purchase price minus the original shipping price and 20% handling fee. Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Tina•K.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Your return will be processed promptly. Processing time is 7-10 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
