Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order so your TINA•K goodies land exactly where they’re supposed to.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll provide tracking so you can follow it along the way. When the carrier marks your package as delivered or held for pickup, the package is then in the care of the carrier and recipient. If you can’t locate it, please check with your local post office or carrier, household members, neighbors, or building management—they’re usually the quickest way to track it down.

We’ll always do everything we can on our end to get your order safely from our door to yours.
