At TINA•K SKIN, we’re more than skincare—we’re Skin Coaches. We know that application is everything, and sometimes a simple adjustment can completely transform how a product looks, feels, and performs on your skin.

Before deciding to return your product, email us for a complimentary regimen analysis. We’ll walk you through your routine step by step, help you perfect your application, and show you how to get the very best from your TINA•K products.

Still not the perfect match? No hard feelings—we offer a 30-day return policy.

How to Make a Return

You may return your product in person at our Studio City location or mail it to:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and return shipping labels are not reimbursed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can follow your package back to us.

Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be credited back to your original payment method. We do not charge a return or handling fee.
