- Begin Your Strokes – Always Gentle
- Center of face → toward ear
- Side of nose → toward ear
- Center of chin → toward ear
- From the ear → down the side of the neck
- Neck strokes should always move downward toward the heart
- Repeat on the Other Side of the Face
- Same movements: mid-face to ear, nose to ear, chin to ear—then sweep down the neck.
- Pressure Matters
