If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products back to Tina•K for a full refund of the purchase price minus the original shipping price and 20% handling fee. Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Tina•K.

When packaging the items, please do so in the original packaging and enclose the original invoice. To insure that your return remains eligible for a refund, please have the return package postmarked within 30 days from the Ship Date as indicated on the original invoice.
Upon receipt of the returned products please allow up to 14 days to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.
